To offer you complete satisfaction, we have put in place a simple and effective return policy.
Here are the 4 scenarios:
1. You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process orders you place quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to contact@cortexsport.com. Beyond this period, your items will probably have been shipped.
2. You have not received your package
Our delivery times are from 3 to 8 working days, but due to customs clearance or logistics delay it can be up to 30 days.
If you do not receive your item within 40 days, then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the item when you receive it. Contact us at contact@cortexsport.com to report an item not received.

3.You have received your item but you are not satisfied with it
Don't worry! You can return your item to us up to 14 days after receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
The Return Costs are not covered by our company, they are at your expense.

- Send your article accompanied by the form to the address that we will communicate to you by email.
- Get a Voucher or a refund of the value of your order.

Short story
The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another. In case of deterioration of the item, Cortexsport may refuse the return, replacement or refund because the item can no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused it will not be refundable.
After receipt of the item in our warehouses, we will refund the amount of your purchase (cost of the item + delivery) in the form of a voucher or refund according to your choice. The return costs remain at your expense.
Please note that items on sale or with a promotional code are not refundable as long as they are not damaged.
4. You received your item but it happened to you damaged
It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and your item arrives broken. No worries, the costs of returns are at our expense.
In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us contact@cortexsport.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The description of the problem (erroneous / defective item, ...)
- A photo or video
- Get a Voucher or a refund of the value of your order.
You will not need to return the product and we will refund the amount of your order directly.
